Bilal Taylor is a proud native of Amityville, NY who has called the Greater Philadelphia region his home for the last 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W) degree from Temple University and his Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Widener University. He has brought all of his skills and 26 years of nonprofit leadership experience to bear in his current role as Associate Director of the Foundation for Delaware County’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNEx).
